Literally, when the trees were taken down, the rain came in and in one flip of the switch, life as I knew it changed. Broken and shattered, I began to realize I was being faithful to the energy of a relationship that was no longer fulfilling my direction in life.
After much flooding, lost and lonely, I wanted to turn my pain into positive by utilizing my background in natural ingredients. For the next several years I put my skills to the test to create a product that was not currently on the market.
During my research, I found that many lubricants are filled with harmful chemicals such as propylene glycol, parabens, glycerin, petroleum and chlorhexidine, all of which cause adverse side effects such as infections and burning.
Silicone lubricants last long but can be irritating to sensitive skin. Oil based can and will break down condoms. Aloe Vera based lubricants can be very sticky. Many of these leave a mess and require extensive clean-up. Even the natural and organic water based sex lubricants contain the preservatives of sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.
